北京大学国际法学院(Peking University School of Transnational Law, 简称“STL”)位于北京大学深圳校区,创立于2008年,是国内唯一提供美国法律培养模式(J.D.)的法学院, 也是中国及全世界范围内,唯一将美国法律培养模式(J.D.)和我国传统的法律硕士培养模式(J.M.)相结合培养法律人才的法学院。同时,学院还针对国际学生提供LL.M.培养项目。STL广泛聘请世界顶尖学者,成功组建了卓越的国际化师资队伍。
因学院发展和工作需要,北京大学国际法学院招聘教师及行政支持专员1名。国际法学院将为获聘者提供一个气氛融洽的、双语的、合作性的工作环境,让获聘者的个人能力和潜力在跨文化的职业发展平台中得到全面挖掘和提升。
教师及行政支持专员是学院人事、财务和行政支持办公室的一员,人事、财务和行政支持办公室主要负责教职工招聘、人才项目申请、预算管理、财务报销、固定资产管理,以及为教职工提供办公和差旅等所需的必要行政支持。教师及行政支持专员向主管行政工作的副院长汇报工作。
一、 岗位要求

1.本科及以上学历, 专业不限;2.具有较强的沟通能力,注重细节;3.英文流利,能适应中英双语、跨文化工作环境;4.有高校工作经验优先考虑,但不是必要条件。
二、工作职责

1.协助常驻教师处理各类日常行政事务,诸如日常交通安排、住宿安排、国际国内搬家安排、打印扫描工作文档、陪同外出等事宜。协助教师对接深研院各职能部门和校园物业等;2.负责访问教师及学院访客的日常行政事务,诸如交通安排、住宿安排、餐饮安排、熟悉校园环境及参观深圳了解居住环境等;3.协调、维系并发展外部合作商、供应商,如机票代理公司、酒店预定合作商、国际运输公司以及深港车公司等;4.管理办公室以及办公室环境维护。涉及办公室的使用、办公耗材采购、日常维修等;5.管理教职工宿舍并协助外籍日常宿舍报修等宿舍相关事宜;6.负责院固定资产的采购、入账、分配和定期盘点。包括对固定资产系统的账目管理以及实地盘查。涉及日常处理固定资产申购、固定资产报废、固定资产维修等具体事务;7.承担本院安全员的工作以及本院校园白名单的申报和更新,以及访客入校的申报等;8.参与院内大型活动、为院内各部门提供行政支持工作,以及负责教授及行政支持岗位相关的预算、报销、付款等,以及担任学生班主任等;9.领导交办的其他事项。

PEKING UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF TRANSNATIONAL LAW (“STL”), part of PKU’s Shenzhen Graduate School, is the only law school in China that offers an American Common Law Juris Doctor degree (J.D.), and the only law school in the world that offers both an American law J.D. and a China law Juris Master’s degree (J.M.). STL also offers a unique LL.M. program for international students. STL has assembled an outstanding multinational faculty of scholars from China, the U.S., the EU, Korea, Israel and etc.
STL seeks one creative and motivated individual for the position of Officer of Faculty and Administrative Support. STL offers an engaging bilingual and collaborative working environment, which will hone and promote the candidate’s abilities to work in a cross-cultural professional environment.
The candidate must be attentive to detail and an excellent communicator and be fluent in English. Experience working in an institution of higher education is preferred but not required. The Officer will be part of the Office of HR, Finance and Faculty Support, which deals with faculty and staff recruitment, national and local talent projects and programs application, school budget, reimbursement, and provide support for STL faculty members in business traveling and logistics. The Officer will work under the supervision of the Associate Dean for Administration and Admissions.
Job Description
1.Assisting with resident faculty in dealing with the relocation, transportation, accommodation, international and domestic moving arrangements, on-the-ground support and serving as the first point of contact for faculty and their families regarding daily life inquiries (e.g. housing, printing, etc.); Assisting resident faculty to communicate with PKUSZ administrative departments;2.Assisting with STL visiting professors and visitors in dealing with the daily administrative affairs, such as transportation, accommodation, meals arrangements, getting familiar with campus environment and city tour;3.Collaborating with STL and university departments and liaising with external organizations and service providers;4.Responsible for STL office management and routine maintenance;5.Responsible for managing campus dormitories and providing assistance to expat faculty and visitors with regards to dormitory maintenance;6.In charge of STL’s fixed assets management;7.Undertaking the responsibility of being STL’s security officer, and the work regarding visitor application for campus visit;8.Providing administrative support and back-up for other team members of STL;9.Other tasks as assigned, such as serving as class counselor for students.
