<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">首都经济贸易大学城市经济与公共管理学院正式成立于2005年，由城市经济系、公共管理系、首都经济研究所、不动产研究所整合组建而成。其行政管理专业的前身是1981年全国首创的工商行政管理专业，城市管理专业始于1984年全国首创的城市管理专业，至今已有44年专业发展史和20年学院建设史，在长期发展中形成了深厚的学科积淀。</span>

<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">学院现有区域经济学、公共管理学等核心学科，设有行政管理、城市管理、土地资源管理等多个本科专业，在2024年软科中国大学专业排名中，城市管理专业获评B+（财经类院校第3位），行政管理专业获评B+（财经类院校第9位），土地资源管理专业获评B+（财经类院校第3位）。学院拥有完善的学位授权体系，具备区域经济学、城市经济与战略管理博士学位授予权，应用经济学一级学科下设区域经济学硕士学位授权点，公共管理学一级学科下设行政管理、土地资源管理、教育政策与管理、城乡公共治理四个硕士招生专业方向，以及公共管理专业硕士（MPA）学位授予权，形成了本硕博贯通、博士后流动站衔接的完整培养体系。</span>

<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">学院师资力量雄厚，科研与教学水平卓越。全院现有专任教师69人，其中教授15人，副教授30人，讲师24人；博士生导师15人，硕士生导师49人。94%的教师拥有博士学位和海外学习经历，教师团队中包含全国公共管理专业学位研究生教育指导委员会委员、教育部公共管理类教学指导委员会委员、北京市政府参事等顶尖人才，以及多位获得“教育部新世纪优秀人才”“北京市四个一批人才”等省部级及以上人才称号的优秀学者。核心课程教学团队在城市治理、区域经济等领域形成特色优势，教学成果多次获市级认可。</span>

<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">学院在城市经济与公共管理领域科研成果丰硕，学术影响力持续提升。近10年来，获批国家级、省部级重点科研项目110余项，各类政府委托、咨询服务项目近500项，出版专著87部，在国内外权威刊物发表学术论文500余篇。6项成果获中央政治局领导重要批示，近20项成果获国家、省部级成果要报采纳，20余篇研究成果在《人民日报（理论版）》等“三报一刊”发表。学院拥有北京市重点实验室、省部共建协同创新中心、首都高端智库等6个北京市学术创新团队和科研平台，在京津冀一体化、城市智慧治理、政府监管等领域打造了特色研究阵地，系列成果为国家和地方的城市发展与公共治理提供了重要智力支持。</span>
