<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">河南大学的外语学科设立于1912年，目前已有外语学院（1912）与高级翻译学院（2024），以“一文一武”的互补态势共同推进外语学科的发展。外语学院（高级翻译学院）大师荟萃，人才辈出，成果丰硕，优势突出，为国内瞩目。这里不仅汇聚着张今、吴雪莉、刘炳善、徐盛桓、王宝童、徐有志、吕长发等国内著名教授，还有张克定、刘辰诞、牛保义、高继海、郭尚兴、杨朝军、刘泽权、姜玲、张璟慧、焦小婷、周瑞敏、张丹丹、闫吉青、张红、孙晓青、李巧慧、付江涛、梅冰、Kevin Morrison、Valentina Apresyan、Mayya Kucherskaya、Konstantin Brinev、Markina Polina等新一代的国内外知名专家。</span>

<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">外语学院（高级翻译学院）设有英语、翻译、俄语、日语、德语、法语6个本科专业，其中，英语、翻译、俄语三个专业为国家级一流本科专业建设点，日语专业为省级一流本科专业建设点，英语专业为“国家级特色专业”。学院还有意大利语、西班牙语、葡萄牙语、朝鲜语等语种的教师人才储备，为全省最全。学院拥有外国语言文学博士后流动站、外国语言文学一级学科博士点、翻译硕士和教育硕士两个专业学位点，2024年获批全国第一批区域国别学一级学科硕士学位授权点。学院设有河南省高校人文社科重点研究基地——英语语言文学研究中心、河南省中原典籍外译与传播研究中心（与河南省委外事工作委员会办公室共建）、俄罗斯研究中心（与俄罗斯南联邦大学共建）、河南省中小学英语教育教学研究基地（首批）、外国语言学及应用语言学研究所、英美文学研究所、翻译理论研究所、日语语言文学研究所、德法语言文学研究所等科研平台。英语语言文学教学团队为国家级教学团队，《高级英语》为国家级精品课程及国家级精品资源课程，《英语语言学概论》为国家级一流本科课程和省级本科高校课程思政样板课程，《英语翻译教程》和《新编英语实用教程》为省级“十四五”普通高校规划教材，外国语言文学为河南省一级重点学科，英语系和翻译系为河南省本科高校优秀基层教学组织。</span>

<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">学院坚持教学与科研并重的办学理念，注重人才培养质量，重视提升科研水平。学院教学科研设施齐备，图书资料丰富。现拥有中控室、卫星地面接收系统、多媒体教室、同声传译实验室、计算机辅助翻译实验室、电子阅览室、语音实验室和多功能报告厅等设备。在学术研究方面，形成了极具特色的英语语言学、英美文学、对比语言学、俄罗斯文学、俄语语言学、日本文学、日语语言学、德语语言学、法语语言学等主要研究方向。学院目前拥有河南省高等学校人文社会科学重点研究基地——英语语言文学研究中心，拥有河南大学重点研究机构三个，并创办《外文研究》学术期刊。近三年，外语学院发表学术论文380多篇，出版教材和著作50余部；先后承担国家社科基金项目15项，省部级科研项目25项，获得省部级以上科研和教学奖励25项。认知语言学、莎学、语用学等方向的研究在国内外具有广泛影响，功能语言学、文体学、英汉语言对比、翻译理论、俄罗斯语言文学等方向的研究在国内处于领先水平。英语专业连续多年进入全国A++行列，2017年位居全国第五。</span>

<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">（1）资格审核与录取由河南大学外语学院（高级翻译学院）负责。最终录取名单将于报名结束后5日内在学院官网公布，未录取者不再另行通知。</span>
