现将拟入选夏令营营员名单公布（附件1），请入选营员注意查收邮件，按邮件要求完成入营确认。

确认入营：2025年6月7日中午12:00前，通过邮件里的线上问卷确认入营。逾时不填报者视为放弃参营，不再补录。

确认入营营员通过邮件中二维码实名加入学院夏令营活动微信群；

一、夏令营活动安排
</p>

报到时间：2025年6月14日（星期六）15:00-17:00，6月15日（星期日）8:30-8:50

二、参营管理
</p>

参营营员应遵守学院安排，按时参加活动。期间必须遵守学院的有关规章制度和夏令营的要求与纪律。

<p style="text-wrap: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
参营营员不得扰乱活动秩序，迟到早退需要向会务工作小组进行请假，服从会务工作小组安排。

三、注意事项
</p>

1、报到时需携带以下材料
</p>
<p style="text-wrap: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
（1）身份证和学生证原件
</p>
<p style="text-wrap: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
（2）5份纸质版材料，包括但不限于简历、报名表、成绩单、英语成绩证明、获奖证明、专家推荐信等（即报名时提交的材料）申请人必须保证申请材料的真实性和准确性，不得伪造有关证明，一经发现作伪并核实，将取消其营员资格、优秀营员资格、推免生选拔资格；

2、营员须全程参加活动，无故缺席将取消营员资格及学院推免生选拔资格。

3、本院将根据入选营员确认情况，适时增补名额，请报名的同学保持手机畅通以便联系确认。

四、其他说明

本次夏令营活动不收取任何费用，学院为夏令营营员提供活动期间用餐及住宿报销，营员的往返路费和其他费用需自理，具体安排及要求请查看邮件通知。
