2025年中山大学护理学院全国优秀大学生夏令营报名通知

为促进我国高校优秀护理本科生间的互动与交流，并给各位优秀学子提供一个更好地了解中山大学护理学院学习及科研环境的机会，护理学院将于7月举办2025年全国优秀大学生夏令营活动。此次活动内容包括专业介绍、名师讲座等。本次夏令营将作为中山大学护理学院选拔2026年接收推荐免试研究生的参考。欢迎优秀学子踊跃报名。


一．活动简介


1.活动时间：2025年7月3-6日。


2.活动在线下举行。


3.拟招收优秀大学生60人左右。 


4.只录取本科为护理学专业的学生。 


二．申请资格


1.政治思想品德合格，诚实守信，身体健康；


2.本科为护理学专业，对科研工作具有浓厚兴趣且有志从事学术研究工作或临床专科护理志向，并将于2025年毕业的优秀大学本科生；


3.学习成绩优秀，本科阶段总成绩排名原则上在所读学校同年级本专业前20%，能获得推免资格的学生；


4.具有良好听、说、读、写的英语应用能力；


5.遵守学术道德规范。


三．申请材料


1.中山大学护理学院优秀大学生夏令营申请表（见附件）请帖好1寸证件照，无底色要求，签名并加盖公章；


2.本科阶段成绩单及同年级总成绩排名原件（如成绩单无显示排名，须另附专业排名证明，加盖学校教务部门盖章）；


3.英语水平证明材料原件，如CET四级、CET六级、雅思、托福、专业外语成绩等;


4.其他证明材料原件：如代表性学术论文（首页-即题目、摘要、作者所在页）、其他原创性工作成果、获奖证书等；


5.身份证正反面复印到一张A4纸的复印件；


四．申请流程


1.请登录问卷星（https://www.wjx.cn/vm/mqTptTx.aspx，或扫下二维码）线上填报相关信息，报名工作将于2025年6月1日开始，6月16日结束。

 发电子版材料到指定邮箱。请于2025年6月18日前，将申请材料电子版或扫描件生成PDF文件放进文件夹（每份扫描件须命名、写上序号，例：1．夏令营申请表；2．本科成绩单），然后以压缩包文件发送到邮箱zdhlyjs@mail.sysu.edu.cn。压缩文件夹命名“姓名+本科就读学校+联系电话”（每位申请者只发一个压缩文件夹）。不按照规定命名的文件视为无效文件处理。

3.2025年6月25日前，将于中山大学护理学院官（https://nursing.sysu.edu.cn/）上公布夏令营录取名单。

1、我院负责所有营员在营期间的早餐、午餐及住宿费用（不安排广州本地学校学生的住宿）。往返交通费用由营员自理。


2、有意参加夏令营的同学，必须按照上述要求，正式报名。


3、申请人若在申请、考核过程中存在弄虚作假或其他违规舞弊，一经发现即取消面试与录取资格。


4、夏令营机会宝贵，名额有限，若录取入营不能参加者请及时告知我院。


5、若本通知与学校或上级单位发布的新规定不符，按照学校或上级单位发布的新规定执行。
