在全球气候变化加剧、极端天气事件频发的背景下，灾害风险正对人类社会经济的可持续发展构成严峻挑战。党的二十大报告明确提出要“坚持安全第一、预防为主，建立大安全大应急框架，完善公共安全体系，推动公共安全治理模式向事前预防转型”，并将“提高防灾减灾救灾和重大突发公共事件处置保障能力”作为国家安全体系和能力现代化的重要组成部分。同时，随着金融科技的迅猛发展，如何通过科技手段创新风险管理模式、优化金融资源配置，已成为服务国家战略需求、助力全球治理体系建设的关键议题。在此形势下，南方科技大学产业金融风险研究中心拟举办2025年“可持续发展：科技+金融”夏令营，旨在打造跨学科、国际化的人才培养与协同创新平台，为服务国家重大战略需求和推动全球可持续发展贡献智慧与力量。

本次夏令营主要面向全国高校（含港澳台地区）、海外高校相关专业在读博士生、硕士生及二年级以上本科生，共计择优录取招收学员40人左右。专业包括但不限于金融、保险、环境科学、灾害风险、应急管理等专业，鼓励跨学科报名。对可持续发展、环境保护或社会公益有浓厚兴趣；具备团队合作精神，愿意积极参与活动。
