<span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, " microsoft="" font-size:="">上海财经大学会计学院源于1917年南京高等师范学校商业专修科下的会计专业，1997年更为现名。学院具有本科、硕士研究生和博士研究生三个办学层次，设有会计学、财务管理、审计学三个二级学科。1981年被批准为全国首批会计学博士点；1988年被国家教委遴选为全国首批国家重点学科；1992年被国家教委批准设立博士后流动站；1997年被评为财政部重点学科；2004年入选全国首批会计硕士 (MPAcc）试办点，2015成为全国首批AAPEQ认证A级成员单位（2021年再次获评）；2022年会计学专业虚拟教研室入选教育部首批虚拟教研室建设试点；2023年获批审计硕士专业学位授权点；2024年获批全国首批会计博士专业学位授权点；2025年新增审计学本科专业点。会计学是首批全国高等学校特色专业，会计学和财务管理是首批国家级一流本科专业。会计学与财务管理所属的工商管理学科在教育部第四轮学科评估获评A档，在第五轮学科评估中跻身特优学科。2000年“会计与财务研究院”入选普通高等学校人文社会科学重点研究基地，成为全国首批两个会计学科重点研究基地之一，2021年入选首批教育部哲学社会科学实验室（培育）。学院是中国会计学会会计教育分会（原中国会计教授会）秘书处常设单位。</span>
