<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;"> 团队以材料的组成、结构和性能为研究出发点，融合材料、物理、计算机、数学、化学等多门学科，借助神经网络、集成学习、迁移学习等人工智能算法和第一性原理计算，在微米/纳米尺度快速、精准地设计和发现具有优异光、电、磁、力性能的新材料。团队相继开发了离子活化能预测软件AI-IMAE、掺杂的过渡金属化合物导电特性预测软件DeepTMC、化学反应设计软件UADDCR、范德华异质结设计软件ISU-HDP等智能平台。理论研究成果将结合材料化学实验验证，实现在催化、电池、环境、光电探测等领域的高效应用。相关研究成果发表在Energy Stor Mater、Adv Sci、Nano Energy、npj Comput Mater、J Energy Chem、Chem Mater等期刊。</span>

<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;"> 团队围绕蛋白质、DNA/RNA等生物大分子材料的稳定性、催化活性、与金属离子/药物小分子相互作用和构效关系等开展深入研究，将计算机模拟、神经网络势能面、量子分块算法紧密结合，开发了机器学习构建蛋白质力场软件MLREPS和FPTREPS、神经网络与量子分块计算软件NN-FQM、迁移学习构建蛋白质力场软件ITLFF、突变对蛋白结合亲合能预测软件SeqEmbedding-DDG等智能平台，以揭示生物大分子材料内在机制，实现生物大分子在生命科学、精准医疗等领域的设计、发现与应用。相关研究成果发表在Phys Rep、Brief Bioinform、Comput Struct Biotec、J Phys Chem Lett等期刊。</span>

<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">团队精心开发了独创的 AI 核心算法ManuDrive，创新性地引入时间维度解耦与动态反馈机制。在工业生产中，许多过程随时间变化呈现出复杂的动态特性，如生物发酵过程中，微生物生长阶段差异大，代谢动态变化受时间影响显著。传统的静态人工智能模型难以处理这类动态数据，而 ManuDrive 通过时间维度解耦，将时间因素纳入模型考量，能够实时追踪生产过程中的动态变化，把生产过程中的时间维度数据进行分解和分析，提取出不同时间尺度上的特征信息，从而更好地理解生产过程的演变规律。同时，动态反馈机制使得系统能够根据实时的生产数据和预设目标，自动调整控制策略，实现对工业生产过程的精准调控。ManuDrive可扩展到随时间变化的其他工业生产中，如合成生物、生物制药、芯片制造、机械制造等，帮助企业集体实现产业升级。ManuDrive开始基于人类的认知，注定突破人类认知的边界。</span>
