<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">1.进入中国科学院智慧教育系统https://kjxt.ucas.ac.cn/index.php/zh/，点击“大学生夏令营报名（学生）”注册后进入申请系统，选择承办夏令营单位“中国科学院大学前沿交叉科学学院”，然后按要求如实填写各项信息。</span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">每人只能申请其中一个方向的夏令营，申请多个无效。</strong>

<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">2.申请人在报名系统中需完整填写所有内容。“所在年级（专业）人数”填写参与排名的所有学生人数；“年级（专业）排名”填写前6学期排名情况（如第6学期成绩未出，可按前5学期排名情况填写），如未排名可自行预估，不要空白或写0；“申请理由”着重填写本科期间的专业课程、科研实践活动、未来规划等。</span>

<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">申请人须在2025年5月30日17点前将报名材料按顺序扫描合并成一个PDF文档，通过Email提交申请材料电子版至：sais@ucas.ac.cn，邮件主题和PDF文档均命名为“2025xxxx（填写其中一个领域）夏令营报名+本科高校+专业+姓名”，（</span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">未按时提交或材料不全或提交格式不符合要求的，视为报名不成功</strong><span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">）。申请材料顺序清单如下:</span>
