为促进高校优秀大学生之间的交流，增进对学校学院的了解，激发青年学生对相关学科学习和研究的兴趣，选拔优秀学生继续深造，南京信息工程大学化学与材料学院将于2025年5月举办优秀大学生夏令营活动，欢迎报名参加。活动举办期间，将进行招生政策解读、学术论坛、导师见面会、实验室参观等活动。

一、时间及日程安排
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
1. 营员报名截止日期：2025年5月20日。
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
2. 公布录取营员名单：2025年5月25日。
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
3. 夏令营活动时间：2025年5月31—6月1日。
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
（5月31日下午14：00前报到、6月1日下午15：30结束）

4. 夏令营活动举办形式为线下，要求营员参加所有线下活动，具体入营形式待名单确定后另行通知。

二、申请条件
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
1. 全国高校材料、化学、物理、环境、生物、制药等相关专业的优秀三年级本科生（2026年毕业）；
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
2. 品德优良、遵纪守法、身心健康、诚实守信、学风端正，无考试作弊、剽窃他人学术成果以及其它违法违纪受处分记录；
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
3. 学习成绩优秀，英语水平良好，综合表现优异（如在校期间获得科技活动、学科竞赛相关奖项或在重要期刊发表学术论文）等；

<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
4. 有志于从事学术研究，有较强的或潜在的科研能力，并且有意于推免、报考南京信息工程大学化学与材料学院。

三、申请流程
</p>

1. 网上申报
</p>

夏令营采用网上报名，不接收纸质申请材料。请有意向、符合申请条件的同学于2025年5月20日前扫描报名小程序填写报名材料，时间截至5月20日17:00。

2. 材料提交：
</p>

（1）南京信息工程大学2025年优秀大学生暑期夏令营申请表（一页，附件见文末）；
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
（2）身份 证正反面（一页）；
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
（3）学生证封面和个人信息页（一页）；
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
（4）本科成绩单和专业排名证明（加盖学校或院系教务部门公章）；
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
（5）英语水平证明材料（四六级证书、托福、雅思等证明文件复印件）；
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
（6）其它证明材料（已发表论文、获奖证书或其它考试证书的复印件），本营不要求提供推荐信。

将上述附件材料原件扫描，按顺序汇总到一个PDF文档（PDF文档命名为：姓名+学校全称+2025夏令营报名），提交至邮箱：850507@nuist.edu.cn。

四、相关政策
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
1. 营员在夏令营期间的食宿由我院统一提供（对于学校所在地是南京的学生，不提供住宿，可报销市内交通费）。为每位营员报销来宁的往返硬座或硬卧车票、高铁/动车二等座票（须提供车票）。

2. 对于优秀营员，学院提供以下优惠政策：
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
（1）取得所在高校2026年推荐免试研究生资格的优秀营员，在“全国推荐免试服务系统”中报考南京信息工程大学，学校将根据推免生接收规模按考核成绩从高分到低分录取，额满为止。

（2）未取得所在高校推免资格的优秀营员，在2026年全国硕士研究生招生考试中以第一志愿报考南京信息工程大学化学与材料学院，将享受相应的优惠政策。
