5. 申请者应为地球系统科学、大气科学、生态学（含植物学、土壤化学）、海洋科学、计算机科学、地理学、环境科学、经济学、数学、物理学或相关专业大学在校三年级（2026年毕业）本科生；

地学系成立优秀营员评选小组，选派责任心强、教学经验丰富、学术及外语水平较高的人员参与评选考核工作。考核内容包括：

1.申请人必须保证提交的申请信息及全部申请材料的真实性和准确性。对存在弄虚作假、有违学术道德和专业伦理等不当行为的，或存在其他严重影响夏令营结果公平公正行为的，一经查实即取消申请资格并通报有关单位及部门。

2.在线申请是报名的唯一途径，一个身份证号码只能注册一次，请谨记用户名、密码和注册邮箱。

3.申请人所填写信息确认无误后，须“确认提交”完成报名流程，确认后，所填信息及志愿不得修改。材料不全视为自动放弃申请，不再另行通知。所有申请材料恕不退还。

4.未接到入选通知或未获得优秀营员的，不影响参加我校后续开展的博士生招生申请。获评优秀营员的，仍需在我校研究生招生服务系统（yz.tsinghua.edu.cn）报名，确认参加后续我校开展的推免生（直博生）申请。

5.本次夏令营不收取报名费用。地学系为参加夏令营的营员提供活动期间的食宿安排（京内学生不提供住宿），经济困难的京外营员可以提交交通补助书面申请，以报销往返硬座、硬卧、高铁/动车二等座的费用。<br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/>6.申请者报名前应仔细核对本人是否符合申请条件，凡不符合申请条件的申请者将不予入选。
