为增进优秀大学生对清华大学物理系及其相关学科领域的了解，促进大学生互动交流，激发科研兴趣，鼓励有潜质的优秀大学生继续深造，清华大学物理系将于6月27-29日采用线下形式举办夏令营活动（含部分天文学方向），活动内容主要包括院系基本情况介绍、专题讲座、实验室参观、师生互动交流、优秀营员的评选和认定等。请申请者在2025年4月11日8:00-5月12日17:00间注册、登录：“清华大学研究生申请服务系统（https://yzbm.tsinghua.edu.cn）—中国（境内）——夏令营报名服务栏目”进行在线报名，逾期将不予受理。

物理系成立材料审查小组，对全部申请人的材料进行审阅，每份申请材料至少3位专家逐一审核，根据综合评价结果择优确定营员名单。

物理系成立优秀营员评选小组，选派责任心强、教学经验丰富、学术及外语水平较高的人员参与评选考核工作。

考核内容包括：

（1）面试：每个面试考核小组成员不少于5人，独立打分。考核内容包括所报考专业的综合知识与技能、外国语水平及思想政治素质和品德考核等，尤其是创新意识和创新能力、科研水平和研究潜质、学术兴趣和学术能力等。

1.申请人必须保证提交的申请信息及全部申请材料的真实性和准确性。对存在弄虚作假、有违学术道德和专业伦理等不当行为的，或存在其他严重影响夏令营结果公平公正行为的，一经查实即取消申请资格并通报有关单位及部门。

2.在线申请是报名的唯一途径，一个身份证号码只能注册一次，请谨记用户名、密码和注册邮箱。

3.申请人所填写信息确认无误后，须“确认提交”完成报名流程，确认后，所填信息及志愿不得修改。可在报名申请志愿界面的备注栏填写第二志愿申请研究方向和意向导师。材料不全视为自动放弃申请，不再另行通知。所有申请材料恕不退还。

4.未接到入选通知或未获得优秀营员的，不影响我校后续开展的推免招生申请。院系发布的优秀营员，预计今年8月仍需在我校研究生招生服务系统（yzbm.tsinghua.edu.cn）进行报名，确认参加后续我校开展的推免招生申请。

5.本次夏令营不收取报名费用。将为外地营员提供夏令营期间在京的住宿补贴，每人最多500元，凭住宿发票和明细报销。入营期间的餐费、往返路费自理。家庭经济困难的外地同学可以申请往返路费补助。

如因不可抗力影响或上级部门出台新政策、安排或计划调整，导致夏令营工作安排或信息变化的，物理系将及时做出相应调整，最终以物理系发布的相关通知为准。
