iCAN大学生创新创业大赛（以下简称“iCAN大赛”）始于2007年，是鼓励原创精神，培养创新思维，提升实践能力的大学生综合性创新赛事。2010年，iCAN大赛入选《教育部、财政部关于批准2010年度大学生竞赛资助项目的通知》（教高函13号）大学生竞赛资助项目第2项，2023年入选《全国普通高校大学生竞赛分析报告》竞赛目录第54项。

（一）全国高等院校及科研院所的在校学生（含专科、本科、研究生），数字经济、经济学、经济统计学等经管和商科类专业。根据参赛学员所处学习阶段，竞赛分为本科组、高职组（含普通专科）和研究生组。

本次竞赛分为校赛、省赛/区域赛和全国总决赛三个阶段，逐级选拔优秀团队。校赛阶段由各院校自主组织，旨在选拔具备潜力的团队晋级下一阶段。省赛/区域赛以“数字经济决策”为核心，通过模拟数字经济环境下的平台公司运营，全面考察参赛者的战略规划与执行能力。全国总决赛则进一步升级挑战，设置“数字经济决策”、“数字经济大数据分析”和“数字经济职业实战”三轮赛题，全方位检验参赛者在数字经济领域的综合能力与创新思维。

数字经济决策采用软件模拟平台“数字经济智能对抗实训平台”， 以数字经济为背景，模拟真实的市场竞争环境。学生借助此平台，可进行大数据采集与分析，制定数字金融决策，进行数字人才招聘，构建数字化交易平台，并确保平台数字安全，实施数字营销和智慧物流等实际操作。

该平台是专门针对数字经济领域的竞争对抗性系统。该平台紧跟数字经济发展潮流，以平台经济为核心切入点，依靠市场数据驱动，从数字技术、数智决策、数字安全等角度出发，通过模拟平台公司从完全市场竞争到寡头垄断竞争的经营历程，帮助学生深入理解完全竞争市场与寡头垄断市场的本质区别。

（二）数字经济大数据分析

数字经济大数据分析利用“数字经济综合实训平台”，参赛团队需运用大数据技术，深入挖掘数据背后的价值，为商业决策提供有力支持。

该平台选取数字经济时代下典型行业背景，如餐饮外卖、网络直播平台、共享交通、智慧旅游等，深度融合数字经济与行业实践的教学工具，利用大数据技术，收集和分析各项行业数据，从而对平台进行预测性分析和诊断性分析。平台内置多种数据挖掘技术，如决策树、聚类算法、回归分析、文本挖掘等，满足不同场景下的数据分析需求。

（三）数字经济职业实战

在数字经济职业实战中，参赛选手需深度聚焦指定选题，制作兼具专业性与可视化表达的PPT演示文稿，在指定时间内提交演示文稿并进行汇报和答辩。汇报环节不超过10分钟，要求内容紧凑、条理清晰，参赛者需正装出席。答辩环节不超过5分钟，要求参赛选手迅速回顾汇报要点，针对评委提问准备详尽且深入的回答，同时结合具体案例与数据增强论述的说服力，全面展现其专业应变能力与创新思维，整个过程严格控制在15分钟以内。

（四）省赛/区域赛（9—10月）

通过线上形式进行（竞赛网址另行通知），对数字经济决策赛题成绩进行排名，择优选拔参赛团队入围现场总决赛。

1.若省内有关单位组织安排省赛，则该省份所属参赛院校需按照相关要求参加省内竞赛后，根据省赛结果产生全国总决赛入围名单，入围团队获得参加全国总决赛的资格，具体以省赛通知为准；

“数字经济决策”折算分：根据总决赛线上环节组内“数字经济决策”最终得分从高到低排名，第一名折算为100分、第二名折算为98分、第三名折算为96分，以此类推每降低一个名次折算分降低2分。
