中国科学院半导体研究所将于2025年4月19-20日组织导师团队在电子科技大学光电学院和英才学院开展首批推免研究生招生录取工作，此次招生只面向大三本科生，根据专业课成绩、英语水平、科研实践等情况择优录取，通过面试的同学将提前获得2025年“黄昆半导体科技夏令营优秀营员”资格，只要获得保研资格并能从中国科学院半导体所找到一位愿意接收的导师，即视为被半导体所正式录取。欢迎有意申请半导体所研究生的同学通过学院提供的资料，重点了解参加此次面试的导师信息并从中选择自己感兴趣的导师报考；未确定意向导师但表现优异的同学，也将获得“黄昆半导体科技夏令营优秀营员”资格和向研究所其他导师推荐的机会。

中国科学院半导体研究所于1956年应国家新技术四大紧急措施在北京成立，是集半导体物理、材料、器件及其系统集成应用于一体的国家级半导体科学技术的综合性研究机构，历史上研制出了中国第一只锗晶体管、第一只硅平面晶体管、第一根锗单晶、第一根硅单晶、第一根砷化镓单晶和“两弹一星”功勋计算机——109丙机的全部半导体元件、创造了磁性半导体居里温度的国际最高记录等，相关成果获省部级以上奖励237项，其中国家奖近40项，黄昆院士获国家最高科学技术奖。

中国科学院半导体研究所拥有一流的人才队伍（院士9人、杰青21人、国家海外高层次人才30余人）、国际一流研究平台（3个全国重点实验室+2个国家研究中心……）和充足科研经费，拥有3个博士后流动站和5个一级学科博士培养点，研究生招生专业覆盖物理学（A+）、材料科学与工程（A）、光学工程、电子科学与技术、集成电路科学与工程、电子信息和材料与化工等，研究领域包括量子科技、集成电路、人工智能等重点领域。
