7.会务费：本届大赛按照团队来收取会务费，每个参赛团队1200元，为便于会务安排，请各参赛团队队长于4月20日前扫码填写本人信息，组委会将队长信息导入系统后，队长通过电脑或手机扫码登录校园统一支付平台http://cwtyzf.qau.edu.cn，点击“其它缴费”，即可进行缴费，缴费时间为5月7日-13日，待缴费完成后统一开具发票。（登录本平台用户名为本人身份证号码，初始密码为:QAU@身份证号码后六位，若身份证末位为X，请录入大写X）

1. ACD类展位布置
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
（1）组委会为每个参赛团队提供1张桌子、2把椅子，1个电源插座，作品功率限600W以内，电源均为220V。
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
（2）ACD类作品参赛团队须将自主研制的样机、实物模型及概念视频等成果带到现场展示，下述（3）特殊情况可采用视频连线方式展示。
</p>

（3）可采用视频连线方式展示情形：

①重量超过2000kg或者体积超过10m³的作品；
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
②新疆地区高校参赛作品；
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
③其他特殊情况（须经承办单位审批同意）。

ACD类作品评分内容包括作品申报书评审和评审专家现场问辩两大环节，具体对参赛作品的可行性、创新性、科学性与先进性、经济性与绿色性，以及作品展示、专家现场问辩情况进行综合评分，满分100分。评审专家问辩期间，参赛团队作品汇报时间限3分钟以内，汇报展示方式自行决定，可采取PPT汇报、作品现场演示（实物、模型和概念视频等）等形式。专家问辩时间不超过5分钟。

请所有参加决赛的ABCD类参赛队将作品申报书连同研发报告及附件（总页数30页以内），作品命名：“作品类型-队长姓名-作品名称”，以学校为单位统一汇总至一个文件夹，命名：“学校名称-作品申报书”。

每个展位共有3个面可用于作品海报展示：1个背面、2个侧面。背面由组委会统一布展，请ACD类参赛队伍按照海报模板设计作品海报（海报模板见附件），海报宽0.9米，高2米，每件作品限一张海报。2个侧面宽1米、高2米，侧面海报由各参赛队伍自行设计和布展。各参赛队伍无需携带易拉宝、X展架等宣传物品。
