（2）Ba 影视广告时长：15秒或30秒两种规格，限横屏，宽高比16:9；Bb 微电影广告时长：60秒到180秒，限横屏，宽高比16:9（含系列短剧，建议不超过3集，须合并为一个视频文件按一件作品提交。）；Bc 短视频时长：15秒-60秒，限竖屏，竖屏宽高比9:20至9:16。以上作品不要倒计时，不可出现创作者相关信息。

（1）自由选择创作平台，可以为H5动画、H5游戏、H5电子杂志、H5交互视频等。作品分辨率要适合手机屏幕尺寸，即默认页面宽度640px，高度可以为1008px、1030px，总页数不超过15页；

（2）如命题策略单中无侧重说明，建议策划案需围绕 “洞察的视角、策略的推导、创意的呈现及落地的实施”等核心内容展开；

（1）移动端：APP界面设计、电商详情页、小程序、智能眼镜、智能手表等可穿戴设备。须符合移动端界面视觉设计的规范要求（建议 APP以 iOS 的设计规范为参照标准，小程序以微信小程序的设计规范为参考标准，智能手表可参考 iwatch 智能手表的设计规范）；

（2）PC端：网页设计、数字智能电视的界面设计、车载 HMI 等，符合相关设备的设计规范要求即可；

（3）作品须符合相应设计规范及具体命题要求，主功能流程明确且完整，无过多干扰项，核心主功能流程界面数量建议不少于10--15个；

（4）须展示完整界面和设计细节，体现设计说明、交互逻辑、UI效果图等可以充分展示设计作品的内容（注：设计说明无固定要求，可概述设计背景、受众群体、阐述设计理念、设计方向、设计目标、需求分析等）。

1.此类别内容征集仅限于大广赛所设置的“创意有我正青春”命题，且必须使用AIGC工具辅助完成，详细内容见《“创意有我正青春”命题策略单要求》。

大广赛在全国各省设立赛区，采取一次参赛、三级评选的方式，即：参赛作品经院校初评后，报赛区评选，获得赛区优秀奖以上的作品，由赛区统一报送至总赛区参加全国总评审（平面类作品不超过所在赛区参赛作品总数的15%，文案类作品不超过所在赛区参赛作品总数的5%，其他类别不超过20%）；全国总评审不受理个人报送的作品。

（一）参赛作品中严禁出现参赛者的院校、系、姓名及其他特殊标记。

（二）创作中如使用了素材，务必在报名表中详细注明出处，并取得授权；如使用AIGC工具辅助创作，须在报名表中予以注明。

（三）禁止一稿多投。指同一件或多件创意雷同作品，在未经剪辑或仅缩短时间等简单处理后，按不同类别或不同命题提交；也指将别的赛事创作的作品再投大广赛，或大广赛作品投至其他赛事。一经发现，取消参赛及获奖资格。

在大广赛的竞赛过程中，作品抄袭指的是：参赛者提交的参赛作品与已公开发表或存在于公共领域的作品（包括但不限于其他设计师作品、知名设计案例、已授权的商业产品等）存在实质性相似，且未经原作者授权许可的行为。具体判定标准如下：

（一）创意核心高度相似：参赛作品整体设计理念、主题构思、关键视觉元素组合以及创意表达方式与他人已公开作品高度雷同，即使表现形式略有差异，但核心创意仍被视为抄袭他人成果；

（二）作品内容复制比率偏高：参赛作品中有超过60%的内容（包括但不限于文字描述、图形图像、文案表述等）直接复制自他人作品，且并未对复制部分作出实质性修改或创新转化；

（三）过度模仿与借鉴：模仿与借鉴虽是设计中常用方法，但如果参赛作品过度依赖他人的设计元素、风格或手法，导致参赛作品整体呈现出明显的模仿痕迹，缺乏独立创作的特征和价值，这种过度模仿的情况同样属于抄袭范畴。

大广赛秉持鼓励原创、公平竞争的原则，坚决打击任何形式的抄袭行为。希望各位参赛同学能够自觉遵守比赛规则，凭借自身的才华和努力创作出优秀的作品，共同营造一个健康、积极、富有创新精神的比赛环境。为了维护大广赛的公平性、公正性和创新性，保护知识产权、促进学术诚信，对于经查实存在抄袭行为的参赛者及其作品，将采取以下严肃的处理措施：

（一）取消参赛资格：一旦参赛作品被判定为抄袭，无论处于比赛的哪个阶段（包括校赛、省赛、全国总评审等），涉事参赛者将被立即取消参赛资格，其作品将从比赛评选流程中剔除，不得再参与后续的任何奖项评选活动。这意味着涉事参赛者将失去在本届比赛中获得荣誉和奖励的机会，同时其抄袭行为也将被记录在案，作为今后参加类似活动的不良诚信记录参考；
</p>

（二）通报抄袭行为：一旦确认抄袭行为成立，全国大广赛组委会将通报给涉事参赛者所在的赛区及学校，并积极协助赛区及学校处理抄袭事件，加强宣传教育；

（三）公示抄袭事实：为了起到警示作用，全国大广赛组委会将在官方网站上，对抄袭作品详情以及抄袭事实进行公示通报批评，以便更多参赛者能够了解情况，同时也提醒其他参赛者引以为戒，遵守比赛规则和学术道德规范；

2．参赛团队一旦出现以下违规行为，将取消比赛成绩。违规行为包括但不限于以下内容：

（1）平台规则违规：具体依照相关法律与平台规则，若出现违禁内容、涉嫌抄袭、全部使用AI制作视频、使用数字人等情况，则视为违规；

（2）任务未完成：微短剧、微视频未在指定时间内完成规定数量视频并上传的，将被视为弃赛；网络直播每日直播未达到规定直播时长4小时的，会被取消比赛资格；

（3）消极比赛、退赛：直播过程中出现2次以上与直播内容无关话题、无声直播等行为，且经提醒无效后，将视为违规；入围实战阶段后，中途退赛的团队将无法获得任何奖项；
