<strong style="box-sizing: border-box">企业竞争模拟大赛是面向高校大学生的具有中国特色的重要商业模拟竞赛。</strong>截至2024年12月，全国企业竞争模拟大赛（研究生组）已成功举办了22届，全国企业竞争模拟大赛（本科组）也已成功举办了15届。大赛以团体赛形式进行，依据企业管理岗位设置角色，让学生在“管理”中学习管理。学生在复杂多变的市场环境中，面对多个竞争对手，通过多期企业经营分析，制定科学的经营决策，最终达成企业的战略目标。该赛项不仅让学生直观体验科学决策的全过程，深入理解企业经营管理实践，还全面提升大学生的专业能力、综合素质及解决复杂问题的创新能力。同时，通过推广“新商科”教学改革成果，助力商科教学创新，促进产学融合，提升“新商科”人才的自主培养能力。

①依据部分地区（湖北、江西、上海）省市赛-国赛直通规则，在该地区省市赛章程中规定获得优秀成绩的队伍（要求成员信息与省市赛时一致）完整参加复赛，可获得一个直通“2025年全国企业竞争模拟大赛”半决赛的名额。在复赛报名截止前，将优秀队伍成绩相关证明材料邮件发送至ibizsim@163.com。

②为鼓励更多地区的学校参赛，每所学校每个赛道复赛参赛队伍不少于5支且复赛有效成绩第一的队伍，可获得一个半决赛名额。2024年各省市企业竞争模拟大赛承办校和本届总决赛承办校，可获得所承办赛道的一个半决赛名额，晋级队伍依据复赛成绩确定。
</p>③<strong style="box-sizing: border-box">全国复赛成绩按先名次后综合分排序，依次确认晋级半决赛队伍</strong>。全国复赛晋级半决赛队伍的总比例不超过65%，且晋级队伍数量须为赛区队伍数的整数倍（赛区队伍数为比赛规定的单个赛区容纳队伍数量）；在本规则①②所确定的名额之外，每所学校每个赛道按成绩进入半决赛队伍总数不能超过5支。

4、总决赛晋级规则：

根据规则选拔不低于总决赛名额80%的队伍晋级总决赛，根据“星火计划管理办法推荐不高于总决赛名额20%的队伍进入总决赛。现场总决赛企业决策赛道和企业运营赛道队伍暂定130-150支（可视实际情况调整）；供应链决策赛道和数智沙盘赛道队伍暂定80-100支（可视实际情况调整）。总决赛队伍将分成若干个赛区进行比赛。为了推动大赛的普及与发展，每所学校每个赛道进入总决赛队伍不超过1支（若网赛将适当放宽总决赛名额）。

5、赛区分配方法：

①复赛与半决赛：将参赛队按学校名称汉语拼音及报名时间顺序排序，按“顺行”路线依次分配到1、2...M个赛区。例如，将ABCDEFGHIJK共11支队伍分到3个赛区，结果是：1赛区：ADGJ，2赛区：BEHK，3赛区：CFI。

②总决赛：获得总决赛资格的队伍现场抽签确定赛区或者按半决赛成绩（先名次、后综合分）排序，采取“蛇行”路线分赛区。比如，将ABCDEFGHIJK共11支队伍分到3个赛区，结果是：1赛区：AFG，2赛区：BEHK，3赛区：CDIJ。

6、为推广和普及企业竞争模拟大赛，依据比赛规程设立“星火计划项目”，具体参阅“星火计划管理办法”。

7、比赛报名结束后，比赛全过程中不得换人，不得增人，不得更改队员信息和队伍名称[特殊情况可以减少参赛团队成员]。报名参赛为实名制，网上报名信息须真实准确，获奖证书依照网上报名和实际参赛信息制作，不予更改。若因故变更指导老师，须以邮件形式于半决赛前发送至组委会邮箱报备，指导老师申请变更材料二级学院单位盖章，相关指导教师均须签字认可。

8、总决赛晋级预选名单公布后，若因故不能去现场，需在规定时间内将盖章请假说明发送至组委会邮箱，可以保留<strong style="box-sizing: border-box">三等奖</strong>奖项。因故空缺的总决赛队伍名额将按半决赛成绩递补晋级。未发请假邮件且无故弃赛的团队，将取消竞赛成绩和奖项。

2、向总决赛各赛区前80%（向上取整）的队伍和指导老师颁发一等奖荣誉证书，向总决赛各赛区后20%的队伍和指导老师颁发二等奖荣誉证书（数智沙盘每赛区后两名队伍颁发二等奖）。荣获一等奖团队的指导老师颁发“优秀指导教师奖”，若一位老师指导多个团队获得优秀指导教师奖将合并为一个。

4、在各赛道一等、二等奖确定之后，三等奖按以下规则产生：

①一等奖、二等奖和三等奖得奖总数不超过该赛道复赛队数量的50%；
</p>

②若学校未获得一等奖、二等奖，且参加该赛道复赛队伍不少于5支，半决赛成绩第一的队伍可获得三等奖；
</p>

③除去上述情况，剩余三等奖名额按参赛队伍半决赛成绩排序确定。

5、向参赛院校评选和颁发优秀组织奖若干名，获奖比例为报名参赛学校总数的10%（向上取整）。各参赛学校可向竞赛组委会积极投稿（供稿格式为文字、图片、海报、短视频及学校网站和公众号推文等），介绍本校校赛组织规模、团队风采、培训活动、比赛心得等。
