生物医学前沿创新中心（Biomedical Pioneering Innovation Center, BIOPIC），原名生物动态光学成像中心，是北京大学于2010年成立的独立实体研究机构，由国际著名生物物理化学家谢晓亮院士领衔创建并任创始主任，现任主任为张泽民院士。作为一个以技术驱动为核心的多学科交叉生命科学研究中心，BIOPIC通过自主研发高精尖技术衔接基础科学突破与生物医学应用，引领科研前沿，服务人民健康。

十余年来，BIOPIC依托北大学科交叉的雄厚实力及北大医学部的资源优势，聚焦生殖健康、新冠病毒抗体及疫苗研发、基因编辑、人工智能、癌症诊断等科研战略高地，产出多项突破性的国际一流成果，如MALBAC婴儿、新冠病毒高活性中和抗体以及环状RNA疫苗、单碱基编辑技术LEAPER、高性能蛋白质结构预测工具等。自2016年起，依托BIOPIC建设的北京未来基因诊断高精尖创新中心（ICG）受到了北京市教委的大力支持和资助，BIOPIC迎来发展最迅速的五年（2016-2021年），并孕育出7家高新技术企业，成功打造产学研一体化模式。

中心一直积极贯彻落实2014年习近平总书记视察BIOPIC时的讲话精神：“聚天下英才而用之”，广聚全球顶尖人才，十年间已建成一支国际领先、多学科融合、人才优势交叉互补的研究队伍，同时为海内外输送了包括20多位青年教授和多位创业人才在内的大量科技人才。目前中心已有领军科学家6人，学术带头人8人。其中中国科学院院士2人，美国国家科学院、医学院院士、艺术与科学学院外籍院士1人，1人享受国务院政府特殊津贴，2人入选“海外高层次人才引进计划”，1人入选科技部“创新人才推进计划中青年科技创新领军人才”和“国家高层次人才特殊支持计划领军人才”，8人入选教育部“长江学者”，7人入选国家基金委“杰出青年”，4人入选“青年海外高层次人才引进计划”，1人入选国家基金委“优秀青年（海外）”，5人入选国家基金委“优秀青年”，1人入选“国家高层次人才特殊支持计划青年拔尖人才”。

在研究生培养方面，BIOPIC坚持以学生成长为中心，参照世界一流大学顶尖人才培养经验做法和评价标准，从招生选拔、导师指导、科产教融合育人、考核评价机制、联培联授机制等方面完善培养模式。导师团队带领研究生进行高水平学术研究的同时，坚持立德树人，注重对研究生基础科研和创新能力的培养；充分发挥多学科交叉的核心优势，积极鼓励各实验室与其他高校、科研院所、临床医院等联合培养学生，为来自生物、医学、物理、化学、信息、工学等学科的在读博士生打造一个学科交叉的研究平台；鼓励、支持研究生参加各类国内外学术活动和会议，每年不定期举办各类学术报告30余次，特别是中心主办的“单细胞组学国际研讨会系列”已成为单细胞组学领域重要的国际会议之一，大大提升了北京大学在单细胞基因组学领域的国际影响力，扩展了研究生的学术视野；鼓励学生科研之余积极参加课外活动，促进德智体美劳全面发展。2019年新中国成立70周年，中心多名学生参与天安门游行方阵和志愿服务；中心积极筹措外部经费提高研究生待遇，相继设立“锐驰奖学金”、“诺禾奖学金”、“百奥智汇优秀论文奖”、“诺唯赞奖学金”等鼓励和支持优秀博士生发展。2021年5月，BIOPIC已整体搬入新楼，为师生顺利开展科学研究、工作学习提供强有力保障。

党的十九大将“实施健康中国战略”作为国家发展基本方略的重要内容，把人民健康放在优先发展的战略地位。中心将在前沿技术探索的若干重点方向上继续保持国际领先水平，在1）人工智能辅助蛋白质结构功能预测、2）基因编辑及相关技术、3）人类细胞解码计划与新一代单细胞技术、以及4）重大疾病诊断与治疗前沿技术这四大方向实现自主知识产权的重大突破，实现从0到1的前沿攻关以及从1到10的产业落地，为提升北京大学乃至全国在生命科学领域的创新核心能力、为我国科技的自立自强做出应尽的贡献。

一、申请资格

申请人需要到指定报名网站“北京大学生命科学学院夏令营报名系统”（网址：http://newoa.bio.pku.edu.cn/summer）注册并在线填写个人信息，填写信息务必保证详尽和真实。网上申报截止日期为2025年4月16日16:00。申请人应当如实填写个人学习情况等网上报名信息并提供真实材料。院系收到申请人报名材料或报名截止后，申请人的报名信息一律不作修改。因网报信息填写错误、填报虚假信息而造成不能参加夏令营的，后果由申请人本人承担。

（5）有效的英语证明复印件，如国家英语四、六级考试成绩，或TOEFL、雅思与GRE考试等成绩的复印件。

（6）所在学校在学证明。

2）材料提交方式

（1）电子版材料提交：请将所有申请材料（除推荐信外）按照以上顺序合并成一个PDF附件在报名系统上传，命名为“姓名+申报专业”。

专家推荐信上传方式为：学生本人在网报系统中填写完成所有报名信息并点击“提交申请”后，推荐专家的相应邮箱会收到系统自动发送的推荐信上传链接，推荐专家本人点击链接填写完成专家推荐信后，可下载打印、手签密封后交给学生，学生的报名系统会显示“已上传推荐信”。三封专家推荐信全部上传完成后代表本次报名成功，报名系统系统将自动修改为“已申请（材料未收到）”状态。

三、材料审核及夏令营资格审定
</p>

夏令营资格审核录取工作由夏令营专家委员会负责，该项工作将于5月上旬前完成。审核状态及录取结果请登录北京大学生命科学学院夏令营报名系统（网址：http://newoa.bio.pku.edu.cn/summer）查询并进行相应操作。材料审核期间不接受电话或Email询问进展情况。最终夏令营录取名单将在北京大学生命科学学院主页（http://www.bio.pku.edu.cn/）公布，不再另行通知。
