申请人需要到指定报名网站“北京大学生命科学学院夏令营报名系统”（网址：http://newoa.bio.pku.edu.cn/summer）注册并在线填写个人信息，填写信息务必保证详尽和真实。网上申报截止日期为<span style="color: rgb(15, 76, 129);box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">2025年4月16日16:00</strong></span>。申请人应当如实填写个人学习情况等网上报名信息并提供真实材料。院系收到申请人报名材料或报名截止后，申请人的报名信息一律不作修改。因网报信息填写错误、填报虚假信息而造成不能参加夏令营的，后果由申请人本人承担。

（5）有效的英语证明复印件，如国家英语四、六级考试成绩，或TOEFL、雅思与GRE考试等成绩的复印件。

2、材料提交方式

（1）<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">电子版材料提交</strong>：请将所有申请材料（除推荐信外）按照以上顺序合并成一个PDF附件在报名系统上传，命名为“姓名+申报专业”。

专家推荐信上传方式为：学生本人在网报系统中填写完成所有报名信息并点击“提交申请”后，推荐专家的相应邮箱会收到系统自动发送的推荐信上传链接，推荐专家本人点击链接填写完成专家推荐信后，可下载打印、手签密封后交给学生，学生的报名系统会显示“已上传推荐信”。三封专家推荐信全部上传完成后代表本次报名成功，报名系统系统将自动修改为“已申请（材料未收到）”状态。

所有网报上传信息要与上交纸质申请材料信息完全一致，如发现不一致将取消夏令营资格。只在网上报名而未邮寄纸质材料者，只邮寄纸质材料而未进行网上报名者，或以其他方式申请报名者，其申请不予受理。申请人可通过查看个人注册邮箱或登录网上报名系统（http://newoa.bio.pku.edu.cn/summer）查询纸质材料收寄状态、材料审核状态与录取结果等信息，材料审核期间不接受电话或邮件询问进展情况。
