华科9月有预报名吗？我看了去年的信息通知，去年没有预报名呐，今年有吗？打电话给招生办打不通http://www.eeban.com//mobcent//app/data/phiz/default/14.png请问有知道的小伙伴吗？

也就是说没有学校统一的系统，只有个别学院会有自己的系统？难怪看到一些工科院的学生在填系统

就是先于全国系统开放之前，各院校组织的一次推免选拔，报名然后去复试通过就可以拿到拟录取资格啦
